By setting up your Zoom account with LeadAngel, LeadAngel will automatically generate a unique zoom link, reducing your time manually sending the Zoom link details.
Set up your Zoom account
1. Sign in to app.leadangel.com
Go to Calendar Integration > Integration > Video Conferencing
On the Video Conferencing canvas, you will find the Connect in your Zoom Account option. Click on Add to Zoom option.
The next page allows you to finally add Zoom to the LeadAngel account page. If you want to switch the sign-in account click on Switch Account and then follow the process. To continue, you must select the check box. And click on the Allow button.
You will be redirected to the following page where you can click on Go to Event Type.
In the Event List canvas, you may click on edit or create a new Event type.
Now either you can select zoom under location while creating a new Event Type. Or, you may also edit any Event already created and select the Zoom option under the Location option.
After selecting the Zoom location you can now see the zoom option on the booking page.
Finally, a URL of the Zoom meeting will be sent to you via email and the event will also be created in the calendar events.
The URL of the zoom meeting will appear in the Calendar Events also.
Finally, if you want to disconnect the Zoom account from the LeadAngel app then click on Disconnect.
