Wait condition lets the routing process wait as per your desired wait time and/ or condition. There are three ways you can use the wait condition in the router.
You can use the Wait condition to pause a router for a certain duration of time. You can also specify when the wait condition ends using the following criteria:
- Wait for: Wait for condition allows you to enter the time by which the routing activity is to be delayed in minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years.
- Wait till: Wait till condition allows you to enter the date and time till which the routing activity will be delayed.
- Wait Filter: Wait Filter allows you to set certain criteria/ conditions satisfied by the Lead in order to proceed to another action.
Note: Anyone or a combination of all three can be used, and a custom filter can be added to execute And/ Or and the NOT option.
Till the condition is not met the lead will wait in the queue.
