The integration between HubSpot and LeadAngel enables the passing of information between the databases. With HubSpot integration, you can bring the Account and Contact records.
Steps to Integrate LeadAngel with Hubspot
Step 1. Ask for a LeadAngel installation link with Hubspot from the LeadAngel support team.
Step 2. Click on the link provided to go to the connecting page of LeadAngel to HubSpot. Choose an account to connect to the LeadAngel App.
Step 3. After choosing the account you will be redirected to a Permission page to connect to the app.
Step 4. After confirming, you will be redirected to the LeadAngel site.
Step 5. A code will be generated which is appended to the end of the URL https://www.leadangel.com/?code=x-x-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx.
Step 6. Provide the code to the LeadAngel Support Team.
Through this code, the support team will connect to the LeadAngel app.
Step 7. You can now check and confirm the connected LeadAngel App at: https://app.hubspot.com/
Go to Settings > Account Setup > Integrations > Connected App
Step 8. Create the following custom fields to match the Contact and Company in the HubSpot.
1. leadangel_matched_company_name for Contact with the text data type or associated field with Company through the "Create association label" in the Contacts Object under the Data Management setting.
Note:
- If this field data type is text then the company id will be populated.
- For association label data type the company name will be populated.
2. leadangel_account_group_id for Company with the text data type.
Step 9. Login to www.leadangel.com
The HubSpot-integrated LeadAngel dashboard will appear.
LeadAngel dashboard contains Account Management, Contact Management, Administration, Analytics, and Calendar Integration.
- Account Management is where you can create filters based on the account, to match the particular contact, define and manage a sales team or SDRs, and route the accounts to the sales team.
- Contact Management is where you can create filters based on contact, define and manage a sales team or SDRs, and route the contacts to the sales team.
- Administration is where you can set user access and roles, set up routing preferences, holiday calendar, and much more.
- Analytics is for tracking reports related to contact routing and error reports.
- Calendar Integration is for setting up events or appointments and availability. It is a stand-alone option and can be used in real-time routing.
- User Settings allows you to set up your profile, preferences on your availability, and fallback assignee.
