Step 1: Go to Administration and click on User and Access and select New User.
Step 2: Select the role of Partner Admin.
- Select the Partner ID from the drop-down list showing the Partner ID of partner reps whom you already have created in Partner Management.
- Fill in the other fields like Name, Last Name, and Email Id of that particular partner rep.
- If required, check the SSO enable option (must contact LeadAngel Support to configure the Organization’s SSO credentials).
Step 3: Finally, click on Add. An email with a Login ID and password set link will be sent to the new Partner Admin.
You can delete or add more partners. Partner can be deleted only when that particular partner is not used in the Partner Lead Router or in not a part of the Partner Round Robin Group.
