OTS Notifications are predefined notifications to inform users about the OTS lead and contact processing, including lead and contact acceptance and rejection notifications through email, CRM in-app, Slack, and Twilio. The users can only edit, save, and restore the default notification templates.
To use the OTS Notifications, follow the below steps:
- Sign in at app.leadangel.com and select Administration.
- Click on the Notifications and select the OTS Notification drop-down.
Following are the notifications options are visible under the OTS Notification:
Accept Confirmation Notification: This notification notifies users when a lead or contact is accepted by them when they click on the accept URL. This may include details about the accepted lead or contact based on your preferred template.
Reject Confirmation Notification: This notification notifies users when a lead or contact is rejected by them when they click on the reject URL. This may include details about the rejected lead or contact based on your preferred template.
OTS Screen Assignment Confirmation: This notification preference is specific to Salesforce CRM and displays an on-screen confirmation notification showing the OTS Routing history of the lead or contact assignment within the Salesforce interface.
Failed OTS Initiation: This notification is triggered specifically when the processing of the lead or contact fails during the OTS Initiation Validation process. The validation is created under the data dictionary and is used in the OTS Initiation Validation under the detail tab of the OTS Router. The notification will be visible in the Salesforce CRM.
Acceptance Confirmation Email: When a lead or contact is accepted, a final confirmation notification via email will be sent to all the sales reps/users who were selected in the notification template during the OTS assignment, confirming the successful acceptance.
Rejection Confirmation Email: When a lead or contact is rejected, a final confirmation notification via email will be sent to all the sales reps/users who were selected in the notification template during the OTS assignment, confirming the assignment rejection.
Acceptance Confirmation CRM: This notification is visible only to the user who has accepted the lead or contact. It confirms within the CRM interface itself, ensuring the user is aware of their action.
Acceptance Confirmation Slack: When a lead or contact is accepted, a final confirmation notification via Slack will be sent to all the sales reps/users who were selected during the OTS assignment, confirming the successful acceptance.
Rejection Confirmation Slack: When a lead or contact is rejected, a rejection notification via Slack will be sent to all the sales reps/users who were selected during the OTS assignment, confirming the rejection of assignment.
Note: The content in the subject line, message body or header and footer can be changed by the users. If you want to go back to the systems default content in the subject line or message body, you can click on the Restore Default button beside the Save button.
