LeadAngel portal is one place to create routing and processing flow along with performing administrative features such as customizing Lead-to-Account matching rules, auto conversion, dedupe rules and user management.
All the users who sign-up from the LeadAngel website, the portal access is created upon email verification.
For users signing-up from Salesforce App Exchange, once the LeadAngel application is installed and activated in CRM (i.e. Salesforce), LeadAngel creates the LeadAngel login credentials and shares with primary user.
Note:
1. If a user makes five unsuccessful login attempts within 5 minutes, the login access will get blocked for that user for 30 minutes. In that case:
- Client Admin will be able to unblock that user from the User and Access list under the Administration by clicking on the edit button in the Action panel of that blocked user and unchecking the Blocked checkbox in the Edit Client User.
- Users can request the LeadAngel support team to provide login access.
- If the user is unblocked by the Client Admin or by LeadAngel support team only then the “Forgot Password” button will be enabled. This allows the user to initiates the 'Forgot Password' process.
2. If a user initiates the 'Forgot Password' process three consecutive times within an hour, the application will temporarily restrict that user from using the 'Forgot Password' feature for the subsequent hour. After an hour the user will regain access to the password recovery functionality.
LeadAngel Home is the landing portal for all LeadAngel platform user.
