Before installing the LeadAngel Application, ensure the following requirements are met:
1. Supported Salesforce Editions
LeadAngel is compatible with the following Salesforce editions:
- Professional Edition (with API enabled)
- Enterprise Edition
- Unlimited Edition
2. Uninstalling Previous Versions
If upgrading to a new package and encountering a compatibility warning, uninstall the previous version.
- Your data and lead router configuration will remain intact as long as the new package is installed within 7 days.
3. My Domain Setup
- The My Domain for your Salesforce organization must be set up and deployed to all users.
- It is not mandatory to require all users to log in using the custom domain URL.
4. Install and Activate in Lightning Mode
The app must be installed and activated in Lightning Mode to ensure proper functionality and security configuration.
Deliverability must be set to “Access Level – All Email
5. Email Deliverability Settings
Deliverability must be set to “Access Level – All Email
- Navigate to Setup > Administration > Email Administration > Deliverability.
- Under Access to Send Email, select All Email.
