LeadAngel application must be installed in Lightening Mode to ensure all the security components are configured correctly.
Salesforce Connection Activation in LeadAngel

Switch to Lightening Mode
Ensure Salesforce is in Lightning Mode to properly configure security settings. -
Install the Application
Install LeadAngel in Salesforce, selecting Install for All Users. -
Navigate to CRM Activation
Go to Administration > Integrations > CRM Activation in LeadAngel to see connection options:
- App Exchange Free App
- LeadAngel Paid App - Legacy Connection

4. Activation and Re-activation Steps
- Select your preferred connection type and follow the specific activation process.

For App Exchange Free App Users:
- Go to Salesforce > App Launcher > LeadAngel > LeadAngel Settings page.
- Select Refresh LeadAngel Connection.
- Re-enter or paste the Activation Key and click on Activate LeadAngel.
5. Initial Matching Process
Once activated, LeadAngel will begin matching leads to accounts, which may take a few hours depending on data volume.
6. Layout Customization
Customize the Lead and Account Layouts as explained in Layout Customization.
7. Permission Sets
- Assign the LeadAngel Admin permission set to all administrators for full control over the application.
- Assign the LeadAngel User permission set to other users to ensure proper access to the required features.
