Copy Account Data to Lead is used to copy any field's data if a lead matches an account. Multiple blocks can be used to copy the field’s data multiple times in the canvas.
However, it is important to note that “Update Only Blank Fields” will copy the data after ensuring lead fields are empty.
Tip: Matching data type is a key essential.
Steps to Copy Account Data to Lead:
- Go to the LeadAngel’s Dashboard and Select the Copy Account Data to Lead from Administration.
- Click Add Row first, and then select CRM Lead Labels and CRM Account Label available on the canvas as per the requirements.
- Check Update only blank fields, if required, and go to Actions and select Save or Delete.
Note:
- If the checkbox is checked, the system will check if the field value is empty and only the blank fields in the Lead Detail page in CRM will be updated with the selected CRM Account Label.
- If the checkbox is unchecked, the system will not check if the field value is empty. It will copy the data and override existing values with the new ones.
4. Record status will be active after saving the Lead Field.
