The Capping condition caps the leads that you assign to a particular assignment block. It basically limits the number of leads that can be assigned to any sales team. For example, if you want to cap 100 leads for a sales team, no one would have more than 100 leads assigned by the particular block.
The Leveling Condition brings all the sales to parity before any new leads are assigned. For example, let us assume there are 3 sales reps in a team, the first sales rep has 10 leads, the second sales rep has 20 leads, and the third sales rep has 30 leads. If we check the leveling condition, leads will not be assigned to the sales rep who has 30 leads until the other two sales reps also have 30 leads each.
